Wellness in the Workplace
For a few months now our company has been malfunctioning. Our solution has been to clean up staff, and hire new people. But this decision has caused a new complication.
To this day, our staff is made up of workers who don't know each other. This situation makes there discomfort, as they also do not help it improve, so I've been forced to intervene.
The first solution I propose is to enable a dining room where workers can be outside of working hours, so that they can get to know each other. This would have additional costs. But in the long run it would improve workers' relationships and productivity when doing group work.
The second solution I propose is to carry out activities paid for by the company some weekend. Like for example a night in a hotel with Spa only for the workers. In addition to helping staff get to know each other in an relaxed environment away from work, such activities can make workers take esteem for the company.
In conclusion, it is very important that the relationship of the workers is close, so that they are comfortable in the company and can be more productive.
